Coach Scott is a graduate of Norlhumberland High School in Virginia where she was a player on the varsity basketball team from 1979-1982.
Ms Scott achieved many goals throughout her career as a basketball player and track athlete. She was 1st Team All District, 1st Team All Regional. 1st Team AH State as well as MVP in high school. Paula Scott has also ran track in high school and became a state champion and MVP in 1980-1982.
She played community college ball at Rappahannock Community College for 2 years and was named to all conference team and MVP again in 1984-1986. Coach Scott has been coaching varsity track and field for 16 years and basketball for a total of 25 years. 15 years at varsity level and still counting.

The Rockford, Illinois native cut his coaching teeth with player phenom Ronnie Fields in the CBA (precursor to the NBA D-league) and ended up being the third winningest coach in league history-a list that includes Phil Jackson and George Karl among others.
Named the CBA Coach of the Year in 2002-03 after leading the Rockford Lightning to a career best 32-16 record, Daleo took Rockford to the CBA playoffs in all four years including the finals once. He was selected All-Star Coach three times out of his four year tenure. He then coached the Minot Skyrockets for two seasons taking them to the playoffs both years. Daleo was again selected as All-Star Coach.Previous to joining the Lightning as a head coach, he was the Head Coach and Athletic Director at Barat College in Lake Forest, IL, where he led the Bulldogs to a conference championship in 2002 and took the team to their first-ever Final Four appearance in NAIA Division I. He posted a 66-39 record at Barat and was voted 2002 NAIA Division I Coach of the Year. Internationally, he has taken teams to compete in China, defeating several Chinese A-1 teams and also served as one of eight head coaches in the Treviso Summer League in Italy. He works as an American Ambassador for six foreign pro teams and is scheduled to speak at the International Coaches Clinic in Athens this May. Daleo is currently writing a series of books on basketball philosophies starting with Pressing and Rotating Defenses.

Dominique Brooks attended the University of. Texas El Paso where he graduated with a Bachelors degree in sports and recreational management. Dominique was a three-year stand out for the Minors where he garnered 1st team all conference hours in his last two season, before continuing his career in British Columbia Canada, where he played for the Fraser Valley Cascades.
made his coaching debut for Nike EYBL Seattle Rotary Select before joining CYM Academy, where
he has spent his last two season. Dominique has been apart of placing 33 athletes in college over
the last 4 season and has played a huge role in player development with countless NBA players.
